We have fully self-contained units with everything you need, also free WI-FI for your convenience.
We do not cater for schoolies week here at Aqua Villa Holiday Apartments or certain sporting events due to the disruption to our guests. Aqua Villa Does not cater for sporting events due to the disruption it causes to other guests. We do not provide accommodation for people within a 150 klm radius to our location.

Smoking is not permitted in the Garden Villa Unit area due to it affecting other units. Smoking is outside of the property only. If anyone chooses to smoke in a non smoking area they can have their booking cancelled effective immediately-no refund. This is a policy that the booker is agreeing to at time of booking and the booker is responsible for reading and understanding the policies of Aqua Villa Holiday Apartments.
